Hi, I'm Clare, I'm 51 years old, and over 20 of those felt like a never ending battle with my weight.
I was never what you'd call a skinny kid, but it wasn’t until I had my first child in my early twenties that my size really started to creep up. and still learning how to look after my body!
I loved good food, cooking and eating out, and I used any excuse to eat;
I ate when I was sad to cheer myself up. I ate when I had something to celebrate.
Even just a normal Friday night became an excuse to have a huge pizza all to myself – and the weekend that followed would be a free-for-all!
Every Sunday I’d be like ‘I’ll start tomorrow’, every Monday it would be ‘I’ll start next week’…
But somehow I’d always convince myself that just one more day won’t hurt.
It was a never-ending cycle!
It's only quite recently that I found the only real, sustainable way that I've found to get my weight off and maintain it easily at a lower level...
And I feel I owe it to other people who are going through the misery that I once faced, to let them know there IS a way - but it's likely something you've never heard of before...
Have a read over the site - and I hope you'll find the answers you were looking for!
Stay happy and healthy,
